Service Pack 4 (sp4) has killed my internet...

So I wanted to upgrade my ATI Radeon AIW drivers. They need SP4. So
downloaded and installed. Now my internet connection (via Dialup)
can't connect to sites. The connection username and password are
accepted OK. I have Googled this and found a number of others with the
problem, but no answer. Has anyone solved this problem? Thanks.

Hmm, no response. This must be in the wrong place. Where should I put
it? (newsgroup not orifice please!). Thanks.
