service pack 4 flattened machine :(

hi all,
one of my client installed service pack four and rebooted
then installed a hotfix. the machine wont even boot now.
it comes up with a device driver could not load issue
(bluescreen) and the error seems to change between 3 diff
drivers, ks.sys, enum.sys and one other i cant remember at
the moment. anyone else having this issue or found a fix
to this problem?
 
Hi Mike

I have heard of some issues with VGA Drivers. So what you might want to try
is to boot in Safe Mode (press F8 during boot) and, when being in safe mode,
uninstall all Video Drivers.
Then restart your computer and install the latest VGA Drivers.
