Service Pack 4 and Memory Leak

We have recently updated our clustered servers running
Windows 2000 advance server and have discovered a memory
leak with Scheduled Task service. Applications folks have
about 40 scheduled jobs in which I can see the leak. Has
anyone experienced this and does anyone have a solution?

Everything I have read in the past about memory leaks
refers to the lsass service. Do a search for that and see
if that fixes your problem.
