Service Pack 3 won't install ???

I had to reload Win 2000pro because of a virus and now I cannot get the SP3 to load . They are downloaded and sitting on the desktop sp3 express -1 self extracting Cabinet. When I go to open and load the wizard opens goes thru 2 screens then shuts down after a very short time - no errors or nothing . I have downloaded 2 separate copies. What to do ???

Try to install SP4.
