service pack 3 is causing problems...A program is trying to acces.

Since installing Service Pack 3 every time I start a new mail in Outlook a
message pops up saying "A program is trying to access your Address Book" . I
have scanned my pc and it is not a virus so it must be a Microsoft thing. Any
ideas?
