service pack 3 IE6

Since the installation of sp3, the "CTRL+ENTER" function on address bar
doesn't work. Any suggestions?
 
Tools -> Internet Options -> Content -> Auto Complete and make sure 'Web
addresses' is checked.
 
Open Internet Explorer, click Tools, Internet Options
Select Content tab, and click AutoComplete button
In the Use AutoComplete for section, put a checkmark near Web addresses
Click OK, OK to close the dialog.

CTRL + ENTER does not add prefix http://www. and .com at the end ?:
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/ie/autosuggest.htm
