Service Pack 2 user account

I installed XP SP2. My wife and I are both administrators
and have no problem accessing our accounts. My son and
daughter's accounts would only load the wallpaper, but no
desktop. I had to exit and give my son and daughter
administrator rights in order to get their desktop to
load. Any ideas?

Try go to tools/options/maintenance, then under "cleaning up messages" check
the first 2 boxes. It works for me. you can play around with the other
settings if you like.

Not sure what program you are speaking of for
tools/options/maintenance. Please clarify.

Thanks,

Have you done any spyware removal lately, perhaps just before this problem
appeared?
