After I installed Service Pack2, my computer started
running alot slower then it did before I had installed
this (booting up slow, taking a long time to load
programs etc.)
So I uninstalled it, and it still takes so much longer to
boot up and load my programs when I log in...

What the heck happened and how do I get it back to normal?

Instead of just the Uninstall, did you try to restore to a point before the
SP2 installation?..

This is most likely due to fragmentation, installing and then uninstalling
would of altered a massive amount of files causing parts of them to be
positioned in different areas on the drive and therefore slowing down
access.

You can run the Windows defragmentation tool by doing:

Go to My Computer
-> Right click your hard drive
--> Go to properties
---> Click tools
----> And run the defrag program - it may take a while to complete.

If you attempt a SP2 install again (after doing the above) then doing it
again loading times should be identical unless there are other applications
causing the problem.

Probably because of heavy fragmentation.

So I uninstalled it,

What you should have done is defragged it.

Uninstalling didn't relieve the fragmentation; it probably made
it even worse.

Defrag. But preferably reinstall SP2 first.

Restart the computer in Safe Mode > run Disk Clean Up > Defrag the hard
disk, remember to disable the screensaver before doing this.

Click start > run > type in "msconfig" without quotes > startup (tab),
uncheck any unncessary software that might be starting up with the system.
