Service Pack 2 not showing up in updates

My friend has a daughter who has xp, and when I go to look for updates it
does not find sp2. She was in the middle (I think) of an install of sp2 and
cancelled. So I assume this may be the problem. Where can I look on the
machine to restart the update since Microsoft Update seems to think it is
installed?

Two ways.

1. Go to the http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ page and click
on Help and Support. Troubleshoot the problem.

2. Download the full service pack file (around 260 MB) or order
it on CD and install it directly.
