Service Pack 2 installation problems

PLEASE PLEASE HELP
I am 24 and am not a computer wiz! i have been having
virus problems and my ISP have given me a patch to stop
the virus problems. however my laptop says i need Windows
2000 service pack 2. after downloading it, i try and
install but it says there is a connection problem. it
advises me that i can download a special service pack that
does not require an internet connection for the
installation. ive searched microsoft up and down, can
anyone tell me where i can find it?

See link below to download full service packs - which are big around 120meg or so. I
hope you have a high speed internet connection. You should be installing at least
Service Pack 3 these days. --- Steve

installation is the whole thing. Download it and install it from your hard drive.
