Service Pack 2 - Accessing Companyweb

I've recently installed Service Pack 2 on my XP Professional laptop.

I can't now access Companyweb (Sharepoint Services) on my company's server.
How do I configure the firewall to allow this connection?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Hi Paul,

First, find out what ports need to be opened by the administrator of the
sharepoint server. Then, right click your connection and choose properties.
Go to the advanced tab and open the firewall settings. You can open the
necessary port on the exceptions tab.

Hi Rick

Thanks for the response.

I believe that Sharepoint Services uses port 444. I've added this to the
list of exceptions and have also added ports 4125 and 443 for Remote Web
Workplace but to no avail.

Any other suggestions?

Find the ports used by the sharepoint services and put them under
