How do I update my target designer to .Net 1.1 and Service pack 1a?

I have the eval version with SP1

Hi David,
There is no "SP1a" for XPe, just SP1, the tiny changes between SP1 and SP1a
have no effect on XPe-SP1 at all.

We are componentizing Netfx 1.1 right now and it'll be released as a
separate QFE for you to import into your SP1 DB. No, I don't know the date
it's to be completed, but it'll be very soon.
