Service Pac 3 warning - program accessing e-mail addresses

After I updated Office service pac 3 I started getting
warning messages everytime I started a new e-mail in
outlook. The warning is "A program is trying to access e-
mail addresses stored in outlook. Do you want to allow
this?"

This is most irritating to get this pop up everything I
open a new e-mail or reply to an existing e-mail. The
majority of the communication done in this office is by e-
mail.
