Service not starting

Everytime I restart my server, the WWW Service does not
start automatically and the "Startup Type" becomes
disable. I change this to automatic and restart the
service but once again when it reboots it is reset to
disable. Anyone has any clue as to what is going on and
how I can fix it? This is on a WIN2K Server w/SP4.
