Service Control Manager

For the past month I have been receiving this error:
Service Control Manager- cis 1284 service failed/Cannot
find file. It happens once in a while: but if I bring up
event logs, its there regardless of error message. When I
get error mess. I restsrt with no problem. What is this?
 
Try to find out what service it is and what software it was installed by.
