Servey question

Hi all,
plz help me i want to know that how can we provide the facility to
design the servey question in c#.

That question is a little generic, and not really C# specific. I mean,
you have to figure out how to store the data, how to generate the survey
questions, save the results, etc, etc.

There might be some pre-packaged software out there, but more likely
than not, you will have to develop all of these things from the ground up.
