I play online games(Gamespy Arcade) they require the following TCP ports be
open:

6667( IRC)
3783(VOICE CHAT PORT)
27900(MASTER SERVER UDP HEARTBEAT)
28900(MASTER SERVER LIST REQUEST)
29900(GP CONNECTION MANAGER)
29901(GP SEARCH MANAGER)
13139(CUSTOM UDP PINGS)
6515(DPLAY UDP)
6500QUERY PORT)

How do I set this up so that I can play online.

Hi,

The setup is specific to the product you are configuring.
Is it a router? If so, your manual has the information and
a tech support number you can call for configuration help.

NO, Gamespy is a website where you can play your online games.I don't have a manual to configure my computers firewall.Gamespy doesn't provide instructions on how to setup the firewall. Without these TCO port being open I'm blocked from playing online in multiplayer mode. So how do I set it up?

Here's a Knowledge Base article which may help you understand:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;240429 It isn't
directly indicated for the ports required, but has the basic information.
