Server timeouts when sending email with attachment Outlook 2003

Ok, my email I am trying to send does have a 35Mb attachment so I changed the server
timeout to 10 minutes however Outlook 2003 does not even attempt to try to send.

Any suggestions?

What file size is the maximum that your ISP allows you to send? Why not use
a web site and send a link to FTP it from there?

10-30MB is typical for total mail size, You may have to split the
attachment.
