server substitution

Hi

I've a domain with 2 win2000 domain controllers. Now i've to change a server
and riconfigure the operating system. The server is the master (the first
installed) and i would keep the host name and ip address. I've tryed to do a
system state backup and reload it on the new server but it doesn't works.


What can i do ?
