Server Exporer and SQL Enterprise Manager

Duane Snelling

Hello all,

A long time ago I purchased VS 6.0 pro which came with
SQL Developer edition which had Enterprise Manager 7.0.

Now I have purchased VS.NET 2002 and 2003 pro upgrade.
Which only has the desktop eng for SQL2000 it seems.
Does this mean that I can no long develop using SQL? I
can no long add users, generate create scripts, and
Backups, etc through VS.Net. I find these important
features! Am I missing something? If it does come with
developer edition where on the CDs do I find it or even
download it? I found something on one of the CDs under
MSDE but when I tried opening it it said wrong OS. I am
running XP pro.

Any help would be great!
Duane...

You need either of the Enterprise Editions of VS .NET to get the SQL Server
developer edition.
