Server Error Message

I keep getting the following message when I try to
publish my site:
Server error: Write error on
file "/home/sites/site50/web/images/.filename.JPG.tmp."

I have deleted these files, but it keeps happening with
others. I have plenty of room on my server.

Please help- I need to publish my website.

If this is a remote server, have your host run a check on the extensions and/or check the
permissions for your account.
