server error: Cannot create file "index.htm"

I have just started working with Front Page, being converted from DreamWeaver
due to company upgrades. The first day I got the above error message when I
tried to save my index. It won't let me rename or save changes...does anybody
know what I did and how I can fix it?

Are you opening the web/site in FP
(not just the page)
