Server/Client connections

I am running Windows 2000 servers and Windows XP clients.
I would like to know if it is possible, from my server or
a terminal services connection to the server, to place a
file or an .exe on a clients desktop? What services need
to be turned on and is this possible on Win2K server. I
did this on Windows NT server, but cannot figure out how
on 2000 to XP clients.

Thanks,

Well exactly how do you want this done? If you are
physically doing this from the server to the pc's in
question it is as easy as navigating:
\\pc name\c$\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop
and pasting your item there.

There are easier ways but at least that one works for you.

SIDE NOTE: You must be a part of the DOMAIN ADMINS group
or the ADMINISTRATOR of your network to do this.

Hope that helps out.
