Server busy?

I can be using FrontPage when suddenly I get some bizarre error about
"i:\whatever\someplace: Server busy. Try again". Now the weird thing is that THERE IS NO
SERVER INVOLVED IN THIS! I'm directly editing files in-place on my machine. It just
spontaneously goes into this mode from time to time. It makes no sense. I do not have
any Web server running, I've never had a Web server running, and a week or two later, I
can usually edit again. The files are on my server, and when I'm done editing them, I FTP
them to my ISP's site.

What is even more surprising is that this will occasionally happen during a save, and
since I don't want to lose my edits, I switch to HTML view, do a Select All, do a copy,
paste it into my ordinary text editor, and save it, so it is not the case that the file
cannot be overwritten; I can freely overwrite it with no problem from any other program. I
can read the files by giving the explicit path to them with Internet Explorer. But I can
shut down FrontPage, restart it, and the bug still exists.

Why does it issue such a meaningless and pointless error message? What is really going
wrong, and how can I fix it?

Go here: http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and download a copy of
FP Cleaner.
( links are on the bottom of the page )

Run the functions that clear the FrontPage Temporary files, and the
Cache(*.web) files.

See if that fixes the issue.
