Server Busy Error

When I try to open my photo program I get a message that the server is busy
and the action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose
switch to actiivtate the busy program. To try and correct this I did a
system restore, installed a spy program and I looked in the event log and as
far as I can tell it is the program DCOM that is causing the problem. Does
anyone know how to correct this??? Thanks.
 
If you have photos on CD, there is an activeX setting in SP2 for that.

To disable the SP2 warning for running activeX on a local CD drive, go to : IE, Tools menu, Options, Advanced Tab, -- scroll down to
the Security area, see the boxes for, "Allow active content ..."
