Server 2003+RRAS Internet Explorer interface binding

The issue is as following:
Server 2003+RRAS.

Internet explorer is binding to RRAS dialap connection if available,
ignoring LAN connection and proxy settings. Is it possible to change/set IE
network interface binding manually from registry etc...?

Thanks in advance,
Roman

Is this the RRAS server? Do you mean that IE is binding to the RAS Dial-in
interface?

If you are using the machine as a RAS client, then uncheck the checkbox "Use
default gateway on remote network" under connectoid --> Properties -->
Networking --> Advanced. This enables split tunnelling and makes sure that
internet traffic does not go through the VPN tunnel

Yes, RRAS with one dial-up connection and one LAN. In my case, IE selects one
of avalaible IP addresses to send requests from. It uses dial-up, bupassing
proxy (why?). To be specific, dial-up is highly expensive GPRS connection
(Internet gateway) . All the rest traffic must go to LAN interface and proxy
server somewhere in local network. I'd like to use dial-up as default gateway
(direct Internet connection) with some specific routes to LAN interface. It's
impossible to make LAN a default gw and use specific routes for dialup. VPN
tunneling is not involved.
