Server 2000 IIS 5.0 Caching

I have asp caching turned off. Yet it is still running the cached asp pages.
Worse yet, when if I delete the file, it still runs the page! No matter
what I do short of restarting IIS, the page is cached. This only occurs in
one of our directories (not a virtual directory).

Any Ideas?
