serious system failure

HELP. My computer has been shutting off and restarting
every once in a while. When it comes back up it says the
system has recovered from a serious error and then gives
me a bunch of codes that it says are included with the
error report. Where is this error report, and what am I
supposed to do with it? I will be working with some
music and suddenly it will just start looping over and
over again - even if I can shut down the program - it
keeps looping until the computer shuts off (either I shut
it off, or sometimes it shuts itself off. Right now I'm
having difficulty with Sonar 3 and Fruityloops - both are
music recording/production programs. It seems that the
timing is off. The timing clock seems to skip around a
little bit. Also, when I look at the add remove\programs
( I thought about removing and reinstalling) FLstudio
(fruityloops) doesn't appear on the list. What's up with
that? HELP HELP HELP This is quite frustrating

You most likely have a bad graphics card. That was same
problem I had before I replaced mine.
