Serious restart problem

Everytime I amplaying a game or sometimes even when I am
doing normal things, my computer restarts for no reason.
The error thing that comes up says:

please help, I have nuked my computer but I am having the
same problem with a clean machine, and its not a virus, im
pretty sure. Can some1 please help! it would be greatly
appreciated

you might 'deselect - automatic restart' if on
go start/right click - my computer/properties/
go advanced - tab/
go startup and recovery - section/settings/
go system failure - section/
deselect - automatically restart/if already on/
go ok/
go apply/
and take it fr there
