Serious error occurs when booting up...please help!

When I log onto windows, under any account a box pops up saying a serious error has occured. It mentions it being something with windows and my IP. Any know what this could be and how to fix it.

Can you write down the exact error and/or look in the event log and post
that (changing any personal information is suggested.)?
