Serious Error Message ! ! !

This is for a Windows XP home, with AMD 2,0. 512 mb Ram.

After disabling the "Automatically restart" under "system failure" in the My
Computer Properties, I was finally able to get an error report. I would like
to ask if someone is knowledgeable enough to solve the problem.

It looks like a Blue DOS screen with white letters. It starts by saying
that "Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to computer. . ."
Then I get: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
Then it says: "If this is the first time. . ." and so on ". . . check
hardware, which I've done many times over."
Then I get:
Stop: 0X0000000A (0X7F6D0FE8, 0X00000002, 0X00000001, 0X80513321)

Then I get:
Beginning dump of physical memory.
Physical Memory dump complete.

All this is on the monitor at the same time.

Can someone please help me solve this problem?

So far I've been through updating all drivers, re-installed Windows twice,
disabled one hardware at a time, put the computer on a separate power line
with it's own breaker, I have all the latest downloads from the Microsoft
website.

I disabled the "Automatic Restart" at the suggestion from this newsgroup and
at that point next time the computer would have restarted I got all of the
above.

Hi,

That error message indicates a driver issue. Troubleshooting it can be
lengthy. Check that your hardware and the drivers for it meet the
compatibility list:
