SerialKeys & Autologin problem. MS PLS RESPOND!

Gustaf

Hi,

MICROSOFT REPRESENTATIVES PLEASE RESPOND!

Sorry for posting over and over again. MS not responding.

I use a serial barcode scanner with our XP Embedded SP2 product.
My problem is that the "SerialKey service" will not automatically start
upon startup if I use the Autologin component included in my build. If
I remove the autologin component the "SerialKey service" starts after
manual login and the scanner works fine. With Autologin enabled I need
to manually open the "Accessibility Options" in the control panel in
order to get the barcode scanner to work (SerialKey serivce starts when
opened).
Seems like the startup of SerialKeys service fails because it can not
manually be started with "net start SerialKeys" directly after
autologin (need to wait a couple of sec. before service can be started)

I have seen this problem at many places on the net/newsgroups. Can MS
please react on this and give med some guidelines or solution?

Bellow you will find links to the same problem as I are experiencing.
