Seperating OS from Program Files

Given the option, would any of you guys seperate the O.S. from the Program
files install for Citrix/Term Services for speed? (Physically seperate on
disk, not logically)

Ex. 4 drives
S: TermServices\Citrix
T: Data
R: O.S.
V: Paging

I do this, just to separate things out a bit and to
increase granularity. I don't like to mix program and
system files, and if your server is really busy, the
putting them on separate drives will allow you to increase
performance.

This reasoning follows the lines of why you typically put
the pagefile on a separate drive as well.
