Seperating Data

I would like to spererate existing data into columns. Can this be done? Currently all data is in one column, A.

Yes, it can be done.

For a definitive answer, post a sample of your data, but usually Data>Text to
Columns Fixed Width or De-limited will suffice.

In cases where it won't, there are Functions.
