seperate audio and video files

Hey I have this video and I am trying to seperate the
audio from it so that i can convert it to a wav file or an
mp3 file or whatever. But right now the audio and video
files are together as a mpg file and i can"t get them to
seperate. Is there a way to do this?

Download WM9 Series encoder,run the video thru the encoder,set
to disable the audio.

There are a few programs that can do that
Flaskmpeg
MPEG Mediator
VirtualDubMod
Mpeg Cutter

The first three are free and there is another one from Womble Multimedia,
but I never used it
