Separate email in Outlook

We use Exchange 2003, we have four domain. 99% of or user only use one
domain for there email. One of our user is using the four of them.

I am looking for a way to separate those email in the mailbox. Exchange
seam to lookup the email alias for the name in active directory. Event if
the email came to (e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed) it apear in
outlook as MyName only. With this behavior I cannot use any rule.

Is anybody as sean this before and can help me on this.

I have looked for this in the pasted as well. My understanding is that
Exchange always sends from the Primary SMTP email address shown in AD and I
don't know of a way to override that from Outlook. I can think of a few
workarounds you may want to try:
1 - Create a distribution list (in Exchange, not Outlook) for each
additional email addresses needed (he should be the only member of each),
then grant him permission to send messages from (on behalf of) the
distribution lists. If desired you may hide the distribution lists so they
don't clutter your Global Address book.
2 - Create an SMPT account in Outlook to send mail directly to your SMPT
relay; whatever you put in the "From" setting in Outlook will be what the
recipient sees. To do this you may need to setup bogus POP3 settings, just
take it out of the Send/Receive list so it doesn't cause errors to appear.

Another is to use the add-in from http://www.ivasoft.biz that allows the user to specify the SMTP address being sent from.
