Sent to or BCC field

do you guys know about that the number of email address in "sent to" and
"bcc" have limit or not? I wanna add over 500 email address in BCC field.

Yes, there is a limit, but it's based on size (32kb?), not number of
addresses.

For 500, maybe an alternate mass mail option:

The limit of emails is limited by each ISP (not only by Outlook). However
you can send the emails using a third party add-in for Outlook like Easy
Mail Merge. http://www.emailaddressmanager.com/mail_merge.html

I am having trouble with BCC. I can , send to, cc, but BCC doesnt go through.
I have tried distribution lists and no one ever gets the mail. any help would
be great.

Perhaps your ISP has a limit on the number of recipients in a Bcc field. Consider performing a mail merge instead.
