Sent time equals the delivery time in Outlook?

I am trying to make the sent time equal the delivery time in Outlook. I want
the time/date stamp when it is delivered....not when it is sent. I do a
delayed delivery on some reports....

Since they're not the same and you can't control the delivery time, I don't
see how it would be possible.
