Sent messages replicating on receiver end

Sending email in Outlook 2000. Whether sending an attachment (Word or Excel
file), or copying and pasting from Access or Excel into the email body, the
sender is receiving garbage and is receiving the garbled message several
times (2-6 times). The message seems to self-replicate upon sending.

We don't know why this is occurring; everyone else using Outlook on our
network does not have a problem except for one person. Antivirus software is
current and enabled.

Please advise. Thanks,

Make sure you disable the option to scan outgoing mail in your AV program
and increase your serer timeout value.

timeout server value increased and doesn't hellp. This person just installed
Win XP and has not yet reinstalled antivirus software, so that isn't the
issue either.
