Sent messages not getting saved

All of a sudden a few days ago, I noticed my sent messages are not being
saved, anywhere! I checked the options/email delivery tab and there is a
check mark by the 'save sent messages' option, but nothing has been saved
since last week.

Can someone please help? I need to know what I've sent and not sent and
really rely on the accuracy on that box!

Check your Auto Archive settings.

Right click on your sent items folder > Properties > Auto Archive. Make
sure that your auto archive settings haven't changed, or that they aren't
set to permanently delete.
