Sent Items - subfolder Fields

Whenever I create a subdirectory in my Sent Items folder
the default Fields display will include the "From" field.

How do I get Outlook to create the subfolder with the "To" field
instead of the "From" field for every instance where I create a subfolder?

Currently, I have to manually add the "To" field and remove the "From" field.
