Sent Items Folder Not Displaying the To Column

My sent items folder in my Personal Folders is showing all the sent e-mails. It displays the To column information just fine. However, my SERVER-based Sent Items folder does not display the To column--it is blank. If I double-click the mail item and then close it, the name in the To column now displays. Is there any way to have the To column always display the To information in the Sent Items folder on the server? We are not using Exchange and are on a Novell network. any help is appreciated.
