Sent items are disapearing when sent on Outlook

I send an email, and the message dissapears. Not in my outbox or sent items.
Can someone help?

Make sure your View is set to see all messages, not just unread ones. Also
select 'Save sent messages in Sent folder' in Options, Email Options.
 
It sounds like this is a reply and it is going to your orginally sent email.

Go to Tools/options/email options/advance options and turn this off:

"In folders other than the inbox save replies with the original message."
