ok i figured it out...
go to the
tools, option, mail setup,
go down to data folder and change that to the folder on the network that
have your original file..
then go to tool, email account and choose the same folder for save data...
the only drawback is that both outlook cannot be opened at the same time
because they would now be using the same file.
