sent folder not saving emails

Since 10/30 i noticed that none of my emails that i sent out was placed in my
sent folder. I have windows xp, and i do have checked send emails to sent
folder. Would appreciate any help as to how i get this back.
 
it is now working very stupid, my clock on the pc was right but when opened
it the month was for sept. and sure enough there where all my emails i
sent. changed the month and all is well. thank you
 
Have you verified in Tools > Options that your emails are still set to go
into Sent Items? Also check for any rules that may move them.
