Are you saying that "Mail Recipient" is no longer available on your Context
(right-click) menu?

Was it ever there?

Have you set up Windows Mail or set up a different email client as your
default email client?
 
Thanks for the response Brian. I fixed it.

It was never in the Context menu and Windows Mail is my default email
client.
