I cannot get this to work anymore. It used to, but now does nothing. I use
office 2003 and windows xp. I went into the folder options, and it already
had the C:\program files\microsoft office\office11\...in there, it had ~ in
place of some of the text, so just incase, I copied the text from the other
solutions to read "C:\Program files\microsoft office\office11\outlook.exe"-c
IMP.note /m "%1" and it says, file not found. I have microsoft outlook as my
defalut mail client in internet explorer. I need this option to work as my
work software, requires me to create an authorization file and it uses this
feature to bring up an email message to send the file to, so I really need
this to work. I tried to find this file on the Microsoft office CD, but
didn't see it there either, please help

That's because you don't have a space in front of "-c"
