Sendobject gives an error Password is invalid

I have one computer that gives a runtime error 2296 "The
password is invalid; the message wasn't sent."

Other computers in our office can use this Access 97
function correctly. I have tried calling the sendobject
command through a macro call and vba with the same results.

Does anyone have an idea what this computer is missing?
