SendKeys - 3 keys at once?

I'm using VBA to login, run, and export from SAP. There
is a point in the process where I send Crtl+F8 to start
the export process in SAP, but now they have changed it up
a bit and I need to send 3 keys at once. Ctrl+Shift+F8.
Is there a way to do this?

FYI - linking to the SAP's backend tables is not an option.
