sending word to powerpoint

when i send the document from word to powerpoint the text is off the slides.
how can i correct this

Do you mean that there are too many lines of text on the slide so that the text
runs off the bottom or something else?

If that's it, you need to reformat your text in Word. When you send to Word,
Heading 1 text becomes Slide Titles
Heading 2 text and lower becomes bullet points
